Refund policy
There will be no refunds on orders. Every customized item offered is manufactured in house and made to order. It is your responsibility to order the correct logo, size, and color. If there are any flaws or any damage to the product we will require photos of the shipped package within 24 hours of delivery. Also, the item will need to be photographed in detail showing the damage. If you have any issues at all please send a message and we will be happy to help. The majority of our items shipped are not fragile, but we know accidents happen. In the event an item is damaged we will replace. If replacement is not an option on our end we will refund you in full.
